Hi everyone
I have decided enough is enough I better start the cardio and lose some chub. I did an aerobics class yesterday and today to start it off. Yesterday was a power class that used weights. Normally I would not do a class like that but I figure it will trick my muscles a little. Tonight I did a Zumba class. It would have been fun except the instructor forgot her music so we did the whole 60 mins without music. Hahaha it was funny. I felt bad for her, kind of embarrassing. So I am just trying out the different classes this week and next week I’ll be back to my heavy lifting plus cardio. My gym has a movie theater and that’s where I walk on the treadmill.
Well tomorrow I am apple picking with my mother and sister in law if the weather holds up. I ll let you know what I think of the next class I do.
